Tai Chi ball & Tai Chi ball walking – video

In my classes these are the most favorite exercises ever.

Tai Chi ball, is just great. This exercise opens all meridians, relaxes the shoulders and back and nourishes the organs as well.

Walking with the turning ball is THE exercise to ground, relax and return to yourself. You’ll find inner peace and calmness in an instant. Especially great on grass or sand, to really connect with the earth.
