Live outdoor class in The Hague, The Netherlands
Weekly Qigong classes for inner peace and balance in the Sculpture Garden of the Art Museum. In these classes, we practice various styles of Qigong and follow the rhythm of the seasons. The classes are suitable for everyone, whether or not you have experience with Qigong. Everyone practices at their own level, and you can join at any time.

Adress
The Sculpture Garden is located behind the Art Museum, between the Museon and the Omniversum. The garden is accessible via President Kennedylaan.
Fee
Single class – 15 euro
5-classes-card – 60 euro
Month-card – 60 euro
(fulltime) students and Ooievaarspasholders – 6 euro per class
A five-classes-card is valid for three months, and can be used by multiple people. The card is valid for all outdoor classes. A month-card is valid for one month from the date of purchase and gives access to all outdoor classes during that periode.
Private lessons
Private Qigong lessons for healing, inner peace, and balance. A tailor made exercise program will be created for you.
You can choose from various goals for your training:
- For stress and burnout: greater relaxation, inner peace, relief from pain in the neck, shoulders, and back, improved concentration, and a clear mind.
- For sensitivity: reduced sensitivity to overstimulation, feeling grounded and centered in life, finding calm after overstimulation, and better focusing your attention on yourself.
- For recovery from injuries and illness: moving smoothly and pain-free, strengthening muscles, improving the immune system and the flow of Qi in the body.
- For personal development and growth: self-cultivation, breaking free from old patterns and learning new ones, greater connection with intuition, improved self-awarenes
Rate
Private lessons are scheduled by appointment. A lesson lasts 60 minutes and costs 75 euros per lesson. Includes a recording of the practice part of the lesson. When booking five lessons within a six-month period, the rate is 60 euros per lesson.

Indoors in the practice room at Kon. Emmakade 151, The Hague.
Outdoors in the Sculpture Garden of the Kunstmuseum, The Hague.
Online via Zoom.
